You and Your physician or other healthcare provider are solely responsible for all information stored or communicated using the Service, Software or Hardware. You agree to verify the accuracy and completeness of all information communicated to Your physicians and other healthcare providers using the Service. You will notify Your physician or other healthcare provider and Us if You find any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the information received by the physician or other provider from the Service. You agree that We shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such information.

Because we have no control over such sites and resources, You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Use of the Service, Software, and Hardware
We hereby grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right, without the right of sublicense, to access and use the Service and Software, subject to these Terms of Use. You may use the Software and Service solely for Your own personal and non-commercial use.
Payment, Fees and Taxes
You agree to pay all subscription fees, consulting fees and other fees applicable to Your use of Services and You shall not circumvent the fee structure. The fee is dependent on the Subscription Plan that You purchase.
All fees / charges paid are non-refundable
The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, legalities and assessments arising out of the use of the services
Mode of payment:
Online : The Fees could be paid online through the facility made on the Website. Third parties support and services are required to process online fee payment through the Payment Gateway. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to You during this process as these third parties are beyond the control of ViDoc.
Offline : The Fees could be via Cheque, Demand Draft, Pay Order in the name of “ViDoc Technologies Private Limited.”, payable at Mumbai and could be mailed to Us at the following address :

Bank Transfer : The Fees could be transferred via RTGS to our Bank Account. Please contact us on support@ViDoc.in to know our Bank Details.
We consider the payment process to be complete only on receipt of the amount to ViDoc's designated bank account.
In case, there is a short charging by ViDoc for the designated fees because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.
All Fees are exclusive of taxes.
Service Tax of 12.36% is levied on every purchase. (Taxes depend on prevalent Government Regulation, and may change from time to time)
Fees not received within the specified due dates attract late charges of 1.5% interest compounded monthly from the due-date of payment, which may be levied at ViDoc’s discretion.
ViDoc reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
In order to process the payments, we might require details of Your bank account, credit card number etc. Please check our Privacy Policy on how we use the information provided by You.
ViDoc reserves the right to discontinue the Services to You and delete all information in Your Account, for Non-payment of fee, apart from reserving any legal recourse available.
Service Activation
Depending on the subscription, the service to You may be activated between 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment realization by ViDoc. We try our best to deliver the best turn-around-time, However in certain situations, service activation may take longer; You will be notified about the same, as the case may be.
Support
We shall provide Your basic online support, from 11am to 6.30pm – Monday to Saturday (Excluding Holidays) at no additional charge. However, if we estimate that additional effort is required, the same shall incur additional charges, as the case may be.
We shall put in best effort to keep the website running, 24 hours across the year except, for any Planned Downtime (for which we shall give You a prior notice) or any Force Majeure event.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You agree that You will not use the Service, Software or Hardware for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not use the ViDoc Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the ViDoc Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the ViDoc Website.
Restrictions on Use
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and the Software contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except for information You provide, all content on the Service is copyrighted by Us and/or one or more of Our Suppliers. You may download and/or print a copy of information provided on this Service for Your personal use only, provided You keep all copyright and trademark notices intact. All Software is owned by ViDoc and/or its Suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not reproduce (except as specifically set forth herein), download, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or access the source code for the Software. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. You may not, copy, paraphrase, omit, display, store, timeshare, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, transfer, assign, sell or commercially exploit in any manner whatsoever the Software or content on Our Website. All marks displayed on the Service or in the Software are Our or Our Supplier's trademarks or service marks (both registered and unregistered). No right license or interest in such marks is granted to You under this Agreement. You agree that You will not assert any such right, license or interest with respect to such marks.

Force Majeure
ViDoc shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this Terms of Use if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure Event (defined below) and in such case its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues to prevent or delay such performance.
“Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of ViDoc including but not limited to the delays due to act of God, floods, sabotage, fires, explosions, accidents, earthquakes, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, hostilities, acts of government, custom barriers, unavailability of any communication system, breach or virus in the processes or storage data systems, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage devise, computer crashes, system crashes, technical flaw/error, breach of security and encryption, etc and such other causes of like character beyond the control of ViDoc.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, VIDOC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, AND SETTLEMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REASONABLE LEGAL AND ACCOUNTING FEES RESULTING FROM, OR ALLEGED TO RESULT FROM, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE OF THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE, INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' WORLDWIDE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SERVICE, SOFTWARE OR THIS WEBSITE USING YOUR ACCOUNT.
Term and Termination
Either We or You may terminate Your right to use Our Website and the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice of 15 (fifteen) days. To unsubscribe from a service, You need to provide us a prior written notice via email at support@vidoc.in, with Subject Line : “UNSUBCRIBE” and mention Your “Subscription Details” and “Reason for Unsubscription”, in the email. The email should be sent from the email id registered on our website. On receiving the Unsubscription request, we will check Your account for any pending payments and any other outstanding obligations from Your end. We may require You to continue subscription to the service until its scheduled completion, if the situation requires the same.
Some services may include limitation of the service offering to a certain Quota. In case, You exceed the Quota, ViDoc reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your right to use Our Website and Service. However, such termination will be preceded with a notification.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your right to use Our Website and the Service without prior notice, but We will confirm such termination or suspension by subsequent notice. In addition, We may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of Our Website.
