ViDoc Channel Partner Options

ViDoc Gold Partner

This option is typically for resellers that sell other software and services in addition to ViDoc's products. They are involved in the entire value chain – right from lead generation to implementation and support. ViDoc representatives could get involved in the sales and support process to better assist this type of solution provider if the need arises.

ViDoc Silver Partner

This option is for individuals that wish to resell ViDoc solutions. These individuals will typically have good relationships in the region and to foster deal closure. They do not provide technical support or implementation services to the client. These resellers will have knowledge on ViDoc's products and will advise potential customers on purchasing ViDoc products. ViDoc will handle all the implementation and support issues.

About Lead Protection

ViDoc's Lead Registration is designed to benefit its Channel partner. When a Channel partner obtains a prospective client that they believe ViDoc Product will be suitable for AND the prospective client shows interest in ViDoc Product, Lead Registration begins.

Lead Registration is a simple procedure. The Channel partner simply contacts ViDoc, via an email to info@vidoc.in to inform ViDoc of the prospective client. The prospective client is entered into ViDoc's Products database as a customer of the Channel partner.

The prospective client will remain the Channel Partner’s customer for sixty (60) days from the date of registration. If the sale is not converted or prospective client is not re-registered for a period of sixty days or greater, the lead may be reassigned to another Channel partner at ViDoc's discretion. This procedure is designed to safeguard both Channel partner and prospective clients.
